Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.   We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, American Express, Electron, Solo and JCB. For Switch Card customers, if your card does not have an issue number, please enter 127 as the issue number. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet.         Ordering Security   This site was constructed using Actinic Catalog, a commercially proven e-commerce system. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. We do not use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), so you will not see a locked padlock on your browser. We use an alternative and just as secure system. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software (a Java applet in your browser) when the order is placed, using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server. Our order-processing computer is also only connected to the internet for brief periods to receive orders, and so would be almost impossible for a hacker to break into. See list below for member countries of the EC.   Customers who are OUTSIDE the EC will NOT be charged VAT by us. Returns Policy   Merchandise in resellable condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase, including unopened software. Credit will be applied to the credit card which was used for the purchase. Opened software is non-refundable, unless it is found to be faulty. If you wish to return an item outside of the 14-day period, a restocking fee of 15% of order value will apply.   A "Return Materials Authorisation" (RMA) number must be obtained from Power Engineering prior to the return of any material. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container and on return paperwork included inside the package.
