EV75 EXHAUST SYSTEMS
 
The biggest single problem with Japanese systems is that they rely on removing the catalyst to improve flow and power. They are also often huge and reduce ground clearance.
 
The EV75 system features a unique front downpipe which has a twin pipe outlet directly from the turbo. This is the only one of its type in the world. It allows gasses out of the turbo and the wastegate with no restriction and minimum change of direction. The standard turbo has a peculiar iron casting bolted to the turbo. This is removed and replaced with our twin dump downpipe.

From the 3" downpipe the gasses go into the cat section. The downpipe and cat section are joined with a very special design of sliding joint. This joint gives significantly higher gas flow than traditional bellows flexible joints. It is also much less prone to vibration failure. The cat section itself utilises our own metallic palladium cat brick, which is extremely efficient but has tremendous flow. We have tested it at 400 bhp and it produces no power loss at all.
 
The rear box is made using the same aircraft quality 304 stainless material as the rest of the system. It has a twin baffled internal design to keep noise down but flow high. It also uses stainless wire mesh and wool for the silencing material (all other manufacturers use fibre glass which eventually breaks up, making the exhaust louder and can clog the system). A single 125 mm (5") tailpipe perfectly fits the bumper cut out and complements the styling of the back of the car.
 
All pipework throughout the system is CNC mandrel bent which does not allow any loss in cross-sectional area within the bend. Nor does it have any of the tell tale kinks of cheaper manufactured systems. There is no better quality or better performing exhaust in the world.

EV75 TWIN-DUMP DOWNPIPE
 
Our stainless EV75 twin dump exhaust system has been very popular. However the twin dump down pipe was originally designed to only fit as a complete system. Due to the innovative design of the turbo outlet pipe we have had many customers asking to buy the front pipe only with an adaptor so that it would fit any car. This we have now done.
 
The front pipe kit will fit onto a standard car with cat or it will mate to any make of aftermarket exhaust or cat link pipe. The EV75 front downpipe and link pipe includes a full flow flexible joint. Available for EVO IV, V and VI.

BLITZ CAT-BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM
 
The design and construction of the Nur Spec R exhaust is second to none. They are engineered from mandrel bent SUS304 grade polished stainless steel, with computer controlled precision ‘fishtail’ welding.
 
The Nur Spec R series are finely engineered to give good power gains, especially on turbocharged cars. Particular attention is paid to minimise the length of the path from the turbo to the exit pipe, which greatly helps to reduce back pressure.
